What do you do, think, or work on when you decide to work on your shot? There is a method to the madness, but it is uniquely different for everyone.

Bridging the GAP TRAINING
Figure out where you take shots in games.
How do you usually miss your shots? (Watching film is the key)
We can miss differently when practicing than in a game sometimes.
Concentrate on the mechanics of your shot and adjust accordingly.
Most important, Be Intentional! Have a specific number of purposed reps and makes for the session. It makes your time in the gym worthwhile, concentrated and defined.
